North Coast Commodities is Egypt’s largest exporter of Salt. Our premium quality rock salt is mainly used for deicing purposes. Our annual production capacity exceeds 3 million metric tons with flexibility to meet US, Canadian and European specifications.

At North Coast Commodities, we pride ourselves on running a complete supply operation from mining to delivery in overseas markets, where our product is used to cover the winter needs of numerous cities and states in vast geographical areas. We also cater to the needs of the private sector such as landscapers, schools, malls, and gas stations.

In addition to Salt, North Coast Commodities supplies Calcium Chloride in pellets and various fertilizers such as Urea, SOP, DAP & TSP.

With more than 30 fulltime employees, our subsidiary in Egypt is a fully operational local entity that is engaged in mining, logistics and shipping in both containers and in bulk. Our Operations Team is highly experienced in managing inland transport, warehousing, bagging, stevedoring, and chartering of bulk carriers.
